Honey Garlic Salmon Bowls

Eating better shouldn’t take up all of your time in the kitchen and for the average person we really just don’t have the time to be cooking gourmet dinners every night.

This is our clients favorite weekly staple dinner. Done in under 15 minutes. We hope it brings you as much joy, simplicity, and easy cooking as it’s brought ourselves and our clients.

Macros:

Ingredients:

6 oz Salmon
.25 cup Frozen brown rice bag TJ’S
1 cup Stir fry veggies TJ’S
Dijon mustard
Honey
Brown sugar
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Salmon marinade:

.5 Tbsp of honey
2 tsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Garlic, salt, and pepper to preference
Mix thoroughly.

Salmon:

Take a piece of foil that will fit in your air fryer. Create a little foil pack. Cover salmon thoroughly in .5-1 tbsp of olive oil and thoroughly coat with marinade. Place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.

Stir fry veggies:

1 tbsp olive oil to coat pan mix in veggies and season to preference with salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes ( if you like it hot) sauté for about 5-7 minutes or to preference.

Brown rice:

Pop in microwave for 3.5 minutes
